Orders

Are your ceramic pieces handmade?
Yes. I make each piece by hand. Small variations in shape, color, and glaze make every piece its own.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

When will my order ship?
I do my best to pack and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way.

When will my order arrive?
Most domestic orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of placing the order. Delivery dates aren’t guaranteed, as timing can vary once a package is with the carrier. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Candles and wax melts

Are your candles handmade?
Yes. I hand-pour my candles in small batches in my home studio.

What wax do you use?
My candles are made with Coconut Apricot Wax. For wax melts, I use soy wax made from 100% soybean oil with soy based additives.

Care

How should I care for my ceramics?
Gently hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid sudden temperature changes to help your piece last.

Why might my piece look a little different from the photo?
Each piece is handmade, so subtle differences in color, glaze, and form are natural. They’re part of what makes your piece uniquely yours.

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes. I accept returns of new, unused items that are postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Please email info@elowynstudio.com before sending anything back so I can help with the next steps. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll help make it right.
